What is Good Social Media?

You don’t have to go far to find a story of how social media played a part in changing someone’s life.

It is a gift, an evolution of the human spirit and we’re fortunate to be witnessing the beginning of this social revolution that’s connecting people around the world. We’re all sharing stories, news and events, informing, enlightening and enriching our relationships. Good Social Media is the kind that makes you smile, makes you think and breaks down a wall. It can make you happy and sad or inspire you to make a change, it connects you to your family and friends, it’s made some people famous and others infamous, it’s created the new and ended the old, it’s made us laugh, cry and think, it’s been a voice for the voiceless and it’s been the catalyst for change.

We’re more connected now than ever before and although not all social media is good, the good stuff has a voice and it must be stronger, it has to be shared and celebrated because it is making a difference, it is making the world a better place. The Good Social Media Podcast seeks out these good stories and celebrates how social media is helping us live richer, more connected lives.
